Service boundary
FinWaypoint provides independent planning information, a deterministic readiness assessment, provider route guidance and, when enabled, an AI-generated planning report. The planned US$59 InvoiceNow Implementation Decision Pack is a one-time planning service with a USD base price. When enabled, deterministic rules will lock the statutory and system facts, and AI will use the locked facts and authorised business context to organise route decisions, evidence gaps and implementation actions. Waffo may display a local-currency option where supported; final currency, conversion charges and any applicable taxes are shown by Waffo. Paid orders for this product are paused until the delivery path is enabled and verified. It does not provide tax, legal, accounting or regulatory advice, certification, InvoiceNow transmission or IRAS submission.
No official status
FinWaypoint is not affiliated with or endorsed by IRAS, IMDA, InvoiceNow or the Peppol network. Scores and statuses are internal planning outputs and not compliance determinations.
Your information
You are responsible for providing accurate, authorised business information. The V2 plan is limited to business facts such as GST/UEN information, systems, workflows, Peppol status, implementation ownership and preferences; do not submit invoice files, personal IDs, payment-card data or customer-level transaction data.
Paid reports
The planned US$59 InvoiceNow Implementation Decision Pack is a one-time planning service with a USD base price. Waffo may display a local-currency option where supported; final currency, conversion charges and any applicable taxes are shown by Waffo. Paid orders for this product are paused until the delivery path is enabled and verified. No human review is included. The decision pack is not tax, legal, accounting, audit or assurance advice. It cannot verify actual UAT, whole-stack provider compatibility or grant eligibility. Payment is processed by Waffo Pancake, our payment service provider and Merchant of Record when an order is accepted. Scope is limited to the information supplied and sources available at the generation date.
Refunds and cancellations
For a new US$59 InvoiceNow Implementation Decision Pack order, you may request cancellation and a full refund before generation has started. Once generation has started, the order is generally non-refundable because the service has commenced. If FinWaypoint is unable to deliver the purchased pack, we will provide a full refund. Earlier product-version orders retain the refund and cancellation rights that applied when they were placed; this update does not change those historical rights retroactively. If you believe there is a material issue with a delivered report or pack, contact hello@finwaypoint.com and we will review the case in good faith.
Term and termination
These Terms remain in effect while you use FinWaypoint or while we are providing a purchased service to you.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Cancellation of a paid report or decision pack is subject to the Refunds and Cancellations policy above.
FinWaypoint may suspend, refuse, or terminate access to the Service or cancel an order if you materially breach these Terms, provide fraudulent or unlawful information, misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or where suspension or termination is required by law or by a payment service provider.
If FinWaypoint terminates or cancels a paid order for reasons unrelated to your breach or misuse, and we are unable to deliver the purchased report, you will receive a full refund.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination, including payment obligations, confidentiality, intellectual-property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions that by their nature should survive termination.
Provider matching
Provider route guidance identifies possible connection routes and does not guarantee accreditation, availability, performance, pricing, implementation success or suitability. Verify current status and contract terms directly.
Reliance and liability
Official guidance and professional advisers remain authoritative. To the extent permitted by law, FinWaypoint is not liable for decisions made solely from planning outputs or for indirect or consequential loss.
